Metal Stamping on Silver & Mixed Metals

During this workshop, you will learn how to use metal stamps to imprint text, texture or designs  into various metals, including one silver circular pendant, one pewter cuff bracelet and a copper, brass or aluminium bar pendant. 

Materials to make these items are included in the price, plus additional items can also be purchased if you have time to make them on the day.

• Setting up a stamping station for the best results
• How to use metal stamps on a variety of metals
• How to avoid double stamping and other common mistakes
• Lining up your fonts
• Basic jewellery techniques (adding chains and jump rings etc)
• How to finish your work
• Safety in the workshop

All materials are included as are teas, coffee and biscuits!

You’ll be working in a friendly atmosphere with a maximum of 8 people.

Please Note:

The studio is on the first floor which is accessable via stairs

We will ask you to wear a cotton apron  to protect your clothing (you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer)
